August 2008 - Lindean Dance Night - Hazel (Crazy Hazy) from Arbroath (centre) and Lesley from Kinross (right) Joined us for our late August Social at Lindean

June 2008 - Whilst touring the UK, June and Barb from Melbourne, Australia, took time out to join us at our Wednesday Class at Langlee Community Centre

July-August 2005 - Alison from New South WAles, Australia joined our classes (Wednesdays) whilst staying in the Borders for several weeks

Alison also joined our dancers on Tuesdays at Lindean

August 2001 - Steve Healy, Dance Editor of Linedancer Magazine, visited our Tuesday class at Lindean. His report in Linedancer Magazine read...."Silver Stars club in Lindean made Steve very welcome when he joined them in their village hall. diana and Eric worked the class hard and kept Steve on his toes with several new dances he hadn't done before. One dance that caught his eye was written by Diana following a club visit to Blackpool. Apparently it rained all weekend (surprise, surprise) and the club members kept singing "Always Look On The Bright Side of Life...". On their return Diana decided to choreograph a dance to the song.
